Collins Nzovu, Minister of Green Economy and Environment, Zambia (Southern Africa), 2nd Vice Chair: Hon Mrs Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, Minister of Communications and Digitization, Ghana (West Africa), 3rd Vice Chair: H.E Ms Sarra ZAAFRANI ZENZRI, Minister of Equipment and Housing in charge of the Ministry of Transport, Tunisia (North Africa), and Rapporteur: H.E. Mr Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe, Minister of Transport, Republic of Cameroon (Central Africa).
