The Federal Government has said it will increase the number of hydrological stations in Nigeria.  This, it said, was in order to efficiently observe and study the hydrological conditions of bodies of water and territories across the country.  The Minister of Water Resources, Mrs. Sarah Ochekpe, said the current number of hydrological stations in the country was far below the figure recommended by the World Meteorological Organisation for Nigeria.  Full Article
