According to regional experts, who attended the 20th Annual Southern Africa Regional Climate Outlook Forum in Harare last month, the region is likely to receive normal to above-normal rainfall for most of the rainy season. The region’s wet season normally starts during October and runs till March. The forum also cautioned that not all parts of Southern Africa would receive above average rainfall this coming green season.
